This is the ultimate combination of safari and 'beach' in Malawi. Majete Wildlife Reserve in southern Malawi, spans 70 000 hectares and is the country's only Big Five game reserve. A noteworthy conservation success story, the reserve, which in the past, had had most of its resident wildlife poached, was successfully transformed by African Parks to what is now a superb destination for wildlife enthusiasts. We recommend spending 4 nights at Mkulumadzi Lodge before travelling to the shores of Lake Malawi to enjoy time at magnificent Pumulani Lodge.
