This eco-friendly property is located about ten minutes' drive from the main entrance of the Volcanoes National Park. The property is approximately five hectares and to enhance the privacy aspect, the lodge has only 12 spacious chalets with a wonderful view of the Virunga Volcano chain. The solidly constructed chalets are 'eco-style' and were constructed utilising local materials.
All the en-suite rooms are comfortable and cosy with inside fireplace. Views from the large windows create a spacious feel. In the main building there is a bar, fireplace and the friendly staff receive excellent feedback. Food is good. Each room has a safe, seating area, fireplace and bottled water and complementary toiletries are provided.
