Spacious and beautifully designed, the villas combine natural materials, handcrafted furnishings and contemporary styling, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto private decks immersed in the forest. Large bathrooms feature twin basins, walk-in showers and freestanding bathtubs with views into the surrounding greenery. Three-bedroom villas also have private swimming pools.

All villas are air-conditioned and include a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, mosquito netting, comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas, and thoughtful touches throughout.

Dining at Sundy Praia is a highlight of the experience. Meals are served either in the elegant Oca Restaurant or beside the relaxed pool bar, with menus inspired by local ingredients, fresh seafood and the island’s rich culinary heritage. Guests may also enjoy traditional specialities and occasional beachside barbecues featuring locally caught fish, lobster and prawns.

Rates are based on a full-board meal plan with selected beverages included, as well as a variety of shared island experiences designed to showcase Príncipe’s remarkable biodiversity, coastline and culture. Additional excursions and privately guided activities can also be arranged.
