Following its recent integration into the HBD Príncipe Collection, Roça Belo Monte is entering an exciting new chapter, bringing together the character of one of Príncipe’s historic plantation houses with the group’s growing reputation for thoughtful hospitality and conservation-led tourism.

Perched on a hilltop overlooking five beautiful beaches on the island’s north coast, the hotel enjoys sweeping ocean views and easy access to the shoreline via complimentary beach transfers.

Originally a colonial-era plantation house, Roça Belo Monte retains much of its architectural charm, with elegant interiors and a relaxed atmosphere. Accommodation ranges from Plantation Rooms and Suites to spacious Manor House suites, including panoramic and plunge pool options. All rooms are air-conditioned and comfortably furnished in a style that reflects the property’s heritage.

Guests can relax by the swimming pool, enjoy sundowners on the terrace, or spend their days exploring the island’s remarkable landscapes and coastline. Excellent snorkelling spots can be reached nearby, and use of snorkelling equipment and kayaks is included in the rates.
