On the same stretch of coastline as the Vanila Hotel, the recently opened independent, owner-run Exora Beach offers the same level of comfort and a great location for those with time on Nosy Be.
Accommodation is in the form of 24 rooms and suites, from where there are lovely views over the bay towards Nosy Sakatia opposite.
Rooms are all en-suite, airy with elegant, modern decor incorporating international and local style elements.
Guests enjoy relaxing around the large swimming pool and excellent meals are served either in the open-air restaurant or on the terrace, from where evening cocktails come with the magical sunsets Nosy Be is well known for.
The hotel arranges boat transfers daily for guests keen on snorkelling off the private beach on nearby Nosy Sakatia. Other activities can also be arranged, such as Whale watching and swimming with Whale sharks, both in season.
Because the Vanila Hotel is scheduled to be closed for the latter half of 2022, this is the property we highly recommend instead. (The proprietor is the original owner of Vanila Hotel, before it was sold to a chain).
