Experience Highlights
- Duration: Half day
Stand Up Paddle has its roots in ancient Polynesia and looks exactly as it sounds: You stand up on a large, wide, super buoyant surfboard and paddle yourself forward with a long paddle. Lake Arenal is the second largest body of fresh water in Central America and the ideal location to take a lesson in paddle boarding. After receiving a thorough safety talk and lesson, continue to practice under the careful watch of your instructor. He will then take you on a tour of the West-end of the lake while you paddle along and you'll get excellent views of the volcano in the background.
Not suitable for children under 8.
