From San Pedro town depart towards the Salar de Atacama (Atacama salt flat). After a 60km drive you will arrive at Laguna Cejar (Cejar Lagoon) with its beautiful calypso coloured waters surrounded by salt crystals of different shapes. The high salt content of the lagoon allows swimmers to float effortlessly, so don't forget swim suits! The next stop is Ojos del Salar, two round freshwater ponds located in the middle of the desert, followed by Laguna Tebinquinche, a giant lake perfect for admiring the Andes reflecting in the water and the glistening white salt.
