Day 1

Depart from London on direct overnight flight to Johannesburg

Days 2 - 4

Thanda Private Game Reserve

On arrival in the morning, connect with the morning flight to Richards Bay. You will be driven to Thanda Private Game Reserve, near Hluhluwe, once the private hunting ground of Shaka, the legendary Zulu king.

Stay 3 nights at Thanda Tented Lodge , enjoying dusk and dawn game drives, romantic fire-side dinners, excellent Zulu and Western cuisine, and the option to unwind with a relaxing massage at Thanda’s wellness centre, winner of Les Nouvelles Esthetiques Spa Awards 2006.

Days 5 - 10

Thonga Beach Lodge

After the final morning game drive and breakfast, your private road transfer will take you to Thonga Beach Lodge on the beautiful, undeveloped Maputaland coast.

Spend 6 nights in one of just twelve round, luxury beach-side chalets in this romantic hideaway. Explore miles of pristine beach or sit up in bed and enjoy the splendid sea view.

Return transfer to airport for onward overnight flight to London via Johannesburg.
