Start your holiday on safari at the romantic Garonga Safari Lodge which has luxurious tents and fabulous honeymoon treats, such as a bush bath for two under the stars. Enjoy thrilling game drives, bush walks and optional aromatherapy and reflexology sessions.
Leave South Africa for the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius where you can chill-out on the lagoon of Grand Baie. Spend six days, chilling out at this beautiful boutique hotel, take advantage of the spa and pool or take a kayak out.

Day 1 Depart the UK on an overnight fligh...
Depart the UK on an overnight flight to Johannesburg
Day 2 Garonga Safari Camp
On arriving at Johannesburg Airport you will make your way to your onward flight to Hoedspruit. Here you will be transferred by road to Garonga Safari Lodge in the Makalali Conservancy for a 3 night stay, all meals and scheduled game viewing activities are included.
Safari for the soul is Garonga's philosophy, offering an unhurried and intimate wildlife encounter, leaving you time to reflect and find inspiration in nature. Activities include morning and afternoon game drives, wilderness walks with guide, sleep-outs, outdoor bush-baths and optional aromatherapy and reflexology sessions.
Day 3 Garonga Safari Camp
An early start is the norm while on safari, warm up with a cup of tea or coffee and then straight out on your first morning safari. Game viewing is great at Garonga, your professional ranger will be your eyes and ears and will look out for the elusive leopard, a herd of elephant and a pride of lions. Return to camp for some relaxation, read a book in your hammock or a refreshing dip in the pool.
Lunch or a late brunch is normally served on the deck. In the late afternoon you will board the 4 x 4 safari vehicle for an evening game drive, keep your eyes peeled and look for the smaller creatures such as the chameleon or bird life.
Day 4 Garonga Safari Camp
You have the freedom of joining this morning's game drive or if you wish, have a lie in and listen to monkey's scampering about in the trees above.
A second game drive takes place in the late afternoon. Today you may wish to have a romantic open-air bush bath, a Victorian style tub set in a secluded spot. Tonight you can 'sleep out', an optional activity where you sleep under the stars on a platform high up in the trees, a true wilderness adventure.
Day 5 Johannesburg
After a morning game drive and breakfast, you will be transferred by road to Hoedspruit Airport for your flight to Johannesburg, where on arrival take the shuttle to D'Oreale Grand Hotel for a 1 night stay, breakfast included
Day 6 Mauritius
Today you will fly off to the paradise island of Mauritius. Here you will stay at the 20 Degrees Sud hotel for six nights with dinner and breakfast included.
The hotel is set in the heart of a coconut grove near Grand Baie. The hotel offers a fantastic range of restaurants and facilities to choose from. Today you might want to just chill out by the pool and reflect back on your incredible safari experience in South Africa.

Day 6 Mauritius
Today you will fly off to the paradise island of Mauritius. Here you will stay at the 20 Degrees Sud hotel for six nights with dinner and breakfast included.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast while taking in the views across the Indian Ocean. 20 Degrees Sud offer a fabulous range of activities, seize the moment and enjoy anything from a round of golf on the championship courses, kite surfing or for something a little more gentle a massage or Spa treatment.

Day 8 Mauritius
The island of Mauritius has much to offer, both on land and on water. Take an optional sailing tour by catamaran, a cruise on the west coast often rewards you with sightings of dolphins frolicking in the water. There are a variety of day tours that you can choose to do. Ask your consultant for options.

Day 9 Mauritius
With so much on offer, sometimes the the most difficult thing you will do on this holiday is choose what to do next. Take a day to relax and be pampered, laze by the pool where the pool waiters will be happy to serve you refreshing drinks all day long. Step in to the Spa where you can enjoy massages and a range of different body treatments.

Mauritius is certainly famous for its long white sandy beaches, it is also a stunningly beautiful island. Take an optional full day tour or hire a car and explore the south west corner of the island, here you will see Chamarel Waterfall and the geological site of the Chamarel seven colored earth where different coloured earth was created as volcanic rock cooled at different temperatures.
Other attractions of the area include the huge natural volcanic crater of Trou Aux Cerfs and Le Morne, an enormous monolith at the extreme south-western tip of Mauritius.
