This East African holiday combines a safari in two contrasting ecosystems in Kenya, exploration of Stone Town and some down time on the beach on Chumbe Island lying just off the exotic island of Zanzibar. Depart from London Heathrow on the Kenya Airways overnight flight to Nairobi.
On arrival early morning, you will be driven south to the Selenkay Conservation Area Arrive at Porini Camp before lunch for a 2-night stay, all meals, game activities and park fees included.
On safari in the Selenkay Conservation Area and Amboseli National Park
After an early morning game drive and brunch, travel overland to Nairobi in time for lunch (to own account). Depart on the afternoon flight to the Masai Mara, where you will be met by your guide for a game drive transfer across the plains to Porini Mara Camp. Stay 3 nights at Porini Mara Camp, all meals, game activities and park fees included. Shortly afterwards, set off on a late afternoon game drive till sunset.
After lunch, transfer to the airstrip for the afternoon flight arriving into Nairobi just after midday and connect onto for the early evening flight to Zanzibar. Transfer into Stone Town for a 2-night stay at Zanzibar Palace Hotel, breakfast included
After breakfast you will be transferred to Mbweni ruins for the short boat transfer to Chumbe Island. Stay 3 nights in an eco-bungalow at Chumbe Island Lodge, all meals, soft drinks, guided nature walks and guided snorkelling included.
