The Pampas is an immense plain that stretches across the provinces of Buenos Aires, La Pampa and across to Santa Fe and Cordoba.
Its fertile soil and smooth landscapes has ensured a long tradition of agriculture and cattle-ranching in this region. Many of the ranches or estancias in this area have been in the same family for many generations, some of whom have opened their family homes to visitors.
