First stop today is Moray. Used as a botanical laboratory by the Incas, the circular agricultural terracing overlooks the Urubamba Valley is an excellent example of just how advanced the Incas were. Visit the nearby Maras salt flats, considered some of the best quality of salt in the world, used by many renowned chefs worldwide. The mosaic of terraces and salt pans makes for fantastic photos. Finally stop at the Urubamba view point for panoramic vistas over the valley.
