This morning depart the bus station in Cusco for a journey to Puno, on the shores of Lake Titicaca; en route enjoy the magnificent scenery of the valley south of Cusco. Pass through the high altiplano, taking in some of the most dramatic scenery in the country. Make a stop at Andahuaylillas, which has a beautiful 17th Century church containing an impressive organ decorated with angels and cherubs. Also, stop at the ruins at Racchi - known as the "Temple of Wiracocha”. A delicious buffet lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Continue on until you arrive at the bus station in Puno.
