The Pacari Chocolate tasting is a new tourism experience in Quito where you can learn all about the necessary process to make great chocolate. You will understand why Ecuador is one of the best country’s in the world to grow fine cacao and learn about cacao history around the world.
This tour, appropriate for visitors of all ages, showcases the process of creating outstanding chocolate. This experience, will be held at their new tasting room in Quito’s trendy, bohemian La Floresta neighbourhood, home to top restaurants and boutique hotels.
Activities will include a guided journey by story and video through the history of Ecuadorian cacao and a tasting of the award-winning Pacari chocolate. The presentation also focuses on the agricultural side of chocolate cultivation, production and the communities that work with Pacari to bring the product to market.
During this activity you will participated in a live digital game experience from harvest to the fabrication process. Later you will be able to produce truffles with real vegan organic ingredients, without sugar and milk.
