You will be picked up at your hotel and taken to Arenal Park. The slow paced Sky Tram gondolas will provide a smooth ride through the rain forest, with endless views along the way, so you can appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds you on your way to the top. Once at the at the observation deck, you will be able to enjoy the most magnificent views of the volcano's south face.
You will then gear up and get ready to ride the zip-lines down to the bottom. Your guides will provide you with a helmet, harness, and gloves, and explain the proper way to ride the zip-lines. In total, there are 8 zip-lines, the longest of which is 1,250 m. This is a fun and exhilarating experience.
Please note that children under 8 are not allowed on Sky Trek, and also that if you arrive at the top of the zip-lines and feel unable to ride them down, you can take the gondola back down to the base of the mountain instead.
