We know these are unsettling times and we want to reassure you that in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are fully briefed and closely monitoring the situation around the world – and that the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our highest priority.
Here at Rainbow Tours, we have been providing tailor-made holidays for over 23 years, backed by centuries worth of combined knowledge and expertise from our industry-leading staff.
Of course, over the years, the travel industry has experienced turbulence outside of anyone’s control and we have always risen to these challenges and used them to forge a greater strength, unity, knowledge and empathy for when the unknown comes along. We know that recent events have brought a great deal of uncertainty, particularly when it comes to travel, and as always, we are here to listen to you, guide you and support you.
We pride ourselves on creating tailor-made holidays with dedicated personalised service from start to finish. As always, you can book with us safe in the knowledge that your holiday is fully ABTA & ATOL bonded and our Travel Specialists will be on hand to support you during your holiday.
No matter how the travel landscape changes, we remain dedicated to living up to our trusted reputation and delivering reassurance, flexibility and support when it is needed most.
What will happen if my holiday is affected?
If the FCO advises against non-essential travel to your chosen destination, we will be contacting you in the near future to offer support and help secure alternative arrangements, including postponing or amending your holiday plans.
What should I do before I travel?
We recommend that you check the UK government’s travel advice
for all countries that you are intending to visit, particularly if you have travelled in or through a country affected by COVID-19 recently.
I have just returned home from holiday – do I need to self-isolate?
