Exclusive Tanzania: Fly-in Safari

On this 7-night fly-in safari, you stay at the finest lodges in spectacular locations. Stunning accommodation, sumptuous food and superb game viewing are the keynotes here and this trip makes a perfect romantic break. Short flights between locations maximise the time available for game viewing. Game drives are in lodge vehicles, so you benefit from the guides' local knowledge. Safari vehicles are shared with other guests.

Itinerary

On this trip you will visit:

Day 1
Depart from London Heathrow on overnight flight to Nairobi.
Day 2
On arrival you will be met and transferred to Arusha Coffee Lodge, set in a coffee plantation, for a one night stay in an double room with en suite bathroom, breakfast included. You will be taken on a guided walking tour of the property
Day 3
Transfer to the airport for light aircraft flight to Tarangire, then game drive through the park for a two night stay at Tarangire Treetops. Highlights during your stay here will include game drives, night drive, guided bush walk, bush lunch and Maasai boma dinner (weather permitting)
Day 4
Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the area en route to the Manor Ngorongoro for a two night stay. You will be take on a spectacular Ngorongoro Crater floor tour with a picnic lunch and a tour of the nearby Lake Manyara National Park. When not exploring the area there is optional horse back riding on the Arabica coffee estate and a must do visit of the spa.
Days 5 - 6

Day 7
Travel to the Serengeti and the wonderful Migration Camp for a two night stay. Days are spend maximising your game viewing time on the open plains of the Serengeti. This will be broken up with bush lunches, optional private dining and guided bush walk along the Grumeti River.
Day 8
Fly back to Arusha for your return overnight flight via Nairobi to London Heathrow

All safari packages include return flights from London Heathrow via Nairobi, domestic flights in Tanzania, pre-paid air taxes, road transfers to safari accommodation including all meals, local drinks and scheduled game activities, park fees on the basis as indicated, all internal flights on executive seating Cessna Grand Caravan (8 executive, club class seats), all game-drives and internal transfers with professional driver guides and specially equipped Safari Cruisers at each of properties, all vehicles are equipped with binoculars, guide and reference books, cool box and drinks, bush-lunch awnings and power points to charge your camera.
