A two-week South Africa safari holiday is a good choice for travel in months May – October. You visit a wide variety of wildlife habitats from the world-famous Kruger National Park to Mkhaya in Swaziland, renowned for its endangered species. Ending with a stay in KwaZulu Natal on the golden secluded beaches and Coastal Marine Reserves.

Day 1
Depart from London Heathrow on overnight flight to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport via Johannesburg.
Days 2 - 3
Hazyview
On arrival, collect your hire car and take a short drive to the small town of Hazyview for a 2 night stay at the owner run Rissington Inn, breakfast included.

The lodge has lovely views, dinner can be take at the lodge and this makes an ideal base for exploring the spectacular highlights of the area such at the Blyde River Canyon, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, Mac Mac Falls, Long Tom Pass and scenic views from God’s Window.

Days 4 - 6
Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve
Drive into the game rich Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve for a 3 night stay at Nottens Bush Camp with all meals optional short bush walks and morning & afternoon game drives in open 4x4 vehicles with experienced safari guides.

Day 7
Kruger National Park
Enter the Kruger National Park and for a leisure full day drive with game viewing en-route. Day ends at the simple but comfortable Lower Sabie Rest Camp for a 1 night stay, accommodation included.

Days 8 - 9
Kingdom of Swaziland
Have passports ready today to enter the Kingdom of Swaziland for a 2 night stay at Mkhaya Game Reserve in a stone cottage with all meals and scheduled game drives included.

Explore Mkhaya on foot and in open 4x4 vehicles, the reserve is home to 4 of the Big 5 including Black Rhino. Other interesting sightings include Tsessebe, White Rhino, Elephant, Giraffe, Buffalo, Hippo, Crocodiles and diverse birdlife.

Days 10 - 13
KwaZulu Natal Coast
The final part of the journey takes you to the coastal reserves of KwaZulu Natal for a 4 night stay at Rocktail Beach Camp tucked behind the dunes, your stay here is inclusive of all meals and selected activities included.

Scheduled camp activities included a guided forest walks, snorkelling at Lala Nek, excursions to Lake Sibaya, non-guided bird watching, surf / rock fishing (no tackle provided) and swimming.

Optional activities include Gugulesizwe cultural village visits, Zulu dancing, quad biking, scuba diving, excursions to Black Rock which is about 1.5 hours drive each way from the camp and horse riding

Return your hire car to Durban Airport and check-in for a flight to London via Johannesburg

Inclusive of international and domestic flights from London, airport taxes, car hire with comprehensive insurance cover & unlimited mileage, meals as specified and two activities per day whilst on safari.

Excludes: visa fees, drinks, items of a personal nature, fuel deposit for which a credit card it required, one way drop off fees, car rental admin fee, other car hire extras additional activities and gratuities.

Flight supplements apply over Easter, school holidays and the festive season.
