The 13-night package explores the fascinating and extraordinarily diverse Andasibe-Mantadia National Park in the east of the country and Tsarabanjina, a tiny private island off the unspoilt north western coast.

In the Andasibe-Mantadia National Park, explore the rainforest in the company of an expert guide and look out for nine species of lemur and over 100 species of frog. Staying for three nights at a secluded lodge on the outskirts of the park, enjoy opportunities to view rare species and even venture into the forest on evening walks to seek out nocturnal species.

Forty nautical miles northeast of Nosy Be, Tsarabanjina is a small mountainous island in the Mitsio Archipelago, encircled by coral reefs and white sand – a real castaway island and paradise for honeymooning couples. The Constance Lodge Tsarabanjina offers a boutique, beachfront hideaway and wealth of activities from snorkelling and island walks to kayaking and exceptional diving, so that couples can enjoy discovering this stunning destination together.

Day 1

Depart from London (or selected regional airports) to Antananarivo via Nairobi

Day 2

Antananarivo & Andasibe National Park (Perinet)

On arrival you will be met by your private English speaking guide and driver for the journey east to Andasibe-Mantadia National Park for a 3 night stay at Vakona Forest Lodge or Andasibe Hotel with breakfast, dinner included and rainforest excursions included.

Days 3 - 4

Antananarivo & Andasibe National Park (Perinet)

Fully explore the rainforest of Andasibe with your private guide as well as the beautiful primary rainforest national park of Mantadia, home to the Indri and other lemurs, rare species of mammal, reptiles and birds. Star attractions include the Diadem Sifaka, Black-and-white ruffed lemur and all four rainforest-dependent ground-rollers. An evening walk in the forest in search of nocturnal species in a must.

Day 5

Antananarivo

You will have most of the morning to explore the rainforest, including lemur island where you get up close and personal to these fascinating mammals. Later transfer back to Antananarivo to overnight with breakfast included.

Days 6 - 11

Tsarabanjina

Road transfer to the Antananarivo airport for scheduled flight to Nosy Be. On arrival by road and boat to Constance Lodge Tsarabanjina to stay 6 nights in a sea facing bungalow, all meals included.

Spend your days at leisure on this castaway island with complimentary lodge activities including snorkelling, kayaking, water-skiing, tennis, sailing, volleyball and island walks.

Additional activities include sports fishing, archipelago excursions, diving and massages.

Day 12

Antananarivo

You will be transferred to Nosy be airport for return flight to Antananarivo for a 1 night stay, breakfast included.

Day 13

Transfer to the Antananarivo airport for the Kenya Airways flight to Nairobi. Return transfers to a local hotel in Nairobi, for a meal and to freshen up before your return overnight flight to London.
