Our Big Cat Safari visits both the Masai Mara and Samburu National Reserve . With its rich, undulating grasslands and abundant wildlife, the Mara is an incomparable setting for a safari, whilst the arid landscape of Samburu is home to rare species confined to northern Kenya - Grevy's zebra, Reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, gerenuk - as well as elephant, buffalo and a variety of antelope. Lion, leopard and cheetah are never far away.

Day 1
Depart from London on overnight flight to
Nairobi.
Day 2
Nairobi
On arrival, you will be met and transferred to the Palacina Suites for an overnight stay, breakfast included.
Afternoon to relax by the pool with tasty al fresco lunch; or visit of the Elephant Orphanage, the Giraffe Centre and/or Karen Blixen Museum is highly recommended.
Days 3 - 5
Samburu National Reserve
You will be transferred by road to Wilson Airport for the early morning flight to
Samburu On arrival you will be met and transferred to Elephant Bedroom Camp on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River.
Your luxury tent reflects the Arabic influence on this part of Africa and provides the opportunity for private game watching from your own verandah.
Your 3-night stay includes morning and afternoon game drives, escorted walks and all your delicious meals.

Masai Mara
Game-drive transfer to the airstrip for the morning flight to the
Mara, where you will be met for the game-drive transfer to Governors' Camp.
Your 3-night stay includes three game drives per day, all meals and village and school visits.

Early morning game drive, breakfast and check out by mid morning. Return flight to Nairobi for road transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, with a stop for dinner en route if desired. Return overnight flight to London.
