Once you have returned to Salvador for an extra night you will jet off to south to Ilheus for your idyllic four day beach escape on the Marau Peninsula. London - Salvador
Leave London for your flight to Salvador via Lisbon. Upon your arrival in the evening you will be taken by a private transfer to the Villa Bahia in the historic district of Pelourinho.

Salvador - Chapada Diamantina
Leave the city behind with an early morning bus taking you to Lencois, the ever changing landscape out of your window keeping you entertained from the comfort of your seat. Once you have arrived in Lencois, the gateway town to Chapada Diamantina, you will be guided to the hotel Pousada Canto das Aguas.

Chapada Diamantina - Salvador
After a leisurely morning around Lencois, you will take the afternoon bus service back to Salvador, returning to the Villa Bahia. How you spend your final Salvador evening is up to you, whether you return to your favourite local restaurant or enjoy a simple dinner in the hotel.
Salvador – Ilheus
Leave Salvador for your flight south to Ilheus where you will be transferred to Buttefly House, located on the Marau Peninsula.
