Luxury fly-around safaris in Botswana are a superb way to see as much as possible in a shorter space of time. The game viewing in Botswana is world-class - from the waterways and islands of the Okavango Delta and the big game experiences in the Chobe National Park, to the northern borders of the Moremi Reserve that encompasses the plains and marshes of the Linyanti, Kwando and Savute.
Known for the iconic, lush Okavango Delta, Botswana is also a country of deserts and we recommend adding this interesting dimension to a Botswana safari. Another option would be to incorporate a few nights at the Victoria Falls. All our fly-around safaris are tailor-made and can be adapted to suit individual preferences.
On a fly-around safari you are transferred between the camps by light aircraft which is an exhilarating way to travel, giving you superb views of the landscapes below. Most of the accommodation is luxurious walk-in tents with proper beds and full en suite facilities. On this type of safari, game drives will be in four-wheel drive open vehicles and there will be opportunities for some walking and boating, including game-viewing from traditional dug out canoes (water levels permitting).
The itinerary here is popular example of a Botswana fly-around safari, but every trip is tailor-made and the best way to start planning is to chat with our experienced Southern Africa team.

The area is centred around the Selinda Spillway which makes its way east towards the Okavango Delta with its open floodplains and savannas.
