An exceptional luxury, camping and lodge-based mobile safari, visiting superb locations, with outstanding wildlife viewing. Explore the beautiful and pristine Okavango Delta, Khwai, the game-rich Linyanti, Chobe River and the magnificent Victoria Falls, Zambia. The safari is guided and hosted throughout by professional trained guides, with in depth local knowledge, ensuring maximum game viewing.

This "Discoverer" mobile combines luxury lodge accommodation with elegant, old style turn-of-the-century safari exploration. When camping, the spacious walk-in Meru tents have comfortable beds with cotton linen sheets, and en-suite bathrooms with brass bucket showers, mirrors, basin and flushing toilet. The guest area includes a large dining tent with camp chairs, table and bar, and basic library. The camp is lit by hurricane lamps.

Day 1

Fly overnight to Johannesburg, where you transfer on to your connecting flight to Maun.

Days 2 - 4

Okavango Delta

Fly by light aircraft from Maun to Jacana Camp in the Okavango Delta, with a birds-eye view of the lush and watery delta.

Stay at the comfortable and beautifully located Jacana Camp for a 3-night stay, which has Meru tents on raised platforms overlooking the floodplains.

This area offers year round mekoro activities (traditional dug out canoe) and game drives, during rest periods during the day there is a plunge pool under two magnificent sycamore fig trees and surrounded by dense
wild date palms.

Days 5 - 7

Khwai

Enjoy a 3-night stay at Khwai Discoverer Camp in the north east of the Delta where you can game view by land and by water.

Days 8 - 10

Linyanti

Explore the game-rich plains of the Linyanti, staying at Linyanti Discovery Camp for a 3-night stay.

Day 11

Chobe National Park to Victoria Falls, Zambia

Fly on to Kasane for close-up game viewing on a Chobe River cruise, an area known for its vast elephant herds.

Then travel onwards by road to Toka Leya, Livingstone, where you will stay for 1-night stay. Guided walk around the magnificent Victoria Falls.

Day 12

Transfer to Livingstone Airport for your flight via Johannesburg to the UK.

Single supplement from £399

Includes return flights from London via Johannesburg, all meals from dinner on day 2 to breakfast on day 12, a reasonable amount of soft drinks, wine, beer, teas & coffees and bottled water while on safari within Botswana, National Park fees, twice daily scheduled activities, guided tour of the Victoria Falls from the Zambian side and all internal charters on a seat rate basis.

Excludes: additional activities not mentioned, visas, compulsory comprehensive insurance, all relevant entry and departure government taxes, all drinks in Zambia, all personal purchases (including curios, spirit liquors, telephone calls etc.), gratuities and laundry.

Children over the age of 12 years welcome, this can be done on a private basis and all ages would then be accepted.
Departs with a minimum of 2 guests and maximum of 8.
Weekly, regular departures and itinerary is offered in reverse.
