Booking Information

There are a lot of variables to consider when planning a holiday to Africa or Latin America, but this need not be daunting and we are here to help you. There are many itineraries, customer reviews and hotel write-ups on this website, and once you know the type of accommodation you prefer, the length of your stay and any special interests you'd like to pursue, call or email us so that we can make recommendations and provide you with an estimate.
 

Booking procedure

When an itinerary has been agreed, we will send you a booking form to complete and return with a deposit of £250 per person, or another higher amount which may be necessary, usually 10% of the total cost. We will then request your accommodation, and issue a confirmation invoice, which is subject to availability. We do not begin to book until we have received the deposit because of the time and expense involved in making these arrangements in Africa or Latin America. If we cannot book the itinerary you want, or a substitute you find acceptable, then we will refund your deposit in full.
